My practice provides domestic relations and business clients with comprehensive legal services including litigation planning, negotiation of settlements, trial advocacy and appellate counsel. Serving Boston and the North Shore, Attorney Bagley brings litigation, political and business experience to client matters which lead to practical guidance and resolution to today's complex personal and business issues. The practice philosophy is to minimize the client's financial and emotional exposure while obtaining workable, long term solutions to family law and small business problems.




Founded in 2010 by Attorney Martha R. Bagley, the office provides sophisticated clients with the expertise and insights gained in the Courts of the Commonwealth.

News & Announcements

On March 31, 2010, Attorney Bagley was elected the Secretary/Treasurer of the Boston Port and Seamen's Aid Society. Founded in 1829, the Society has continuously operated the Mariner's House located in North Square in Boston's North End since 1847, and has provided aid to industrious seamen and their families. Attorney Bagley follows her Father Ralph R. Bagley, Esq. and Grandfather, James E. Bagley, Jr., Esq. as successive Treasurers and is the first woman elected to the office.
